About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Marketing Specialist who doesn’t use AI just to generate captions and call it a day. This role is for someone who understands how AI can improve workflows, automate repetitive work, prototype ideas faster, and make marketing systems smarter.
Responsibilities
Integrate AI tools into marketing workflows and campaigns
Build AI-powered systems for content, automation, and research
Use vibe-coding tools and AI builders to create automations, dashboards, and prototypes
Test new tools and workflows to improve speed and performance
Help the team adopt useful AI, not just trendy AI
Analyze results and improve AI-driven initiatives
Requirements
Strong understanding of digital marketing and automation
Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
Experience with vibe-coding tools and AI builders
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to turn AI into practical marketing value
Nice to Have
Experience building AI agents or internal tools
Familiarity with reporting dashboards
Understanding of growth, performance, or content systems
Comfort working between creative and technical teams
