About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who knows the difference between “looks good” and “actually hits.” You’ll help turn ideas into visuals that grab attention, communicate clearly, and make brands feel fresh, sharp, and impossible to ignore.
Responsibilities
Design visuals for social media, campaigns, ads, and brand content
Build creative concepts that match each client’s goals and vibe
Collaborate with art directors, motion editors, and strategists
Prepare polished assets for different formats and platforms
Keep up with design trends without copy-pasting the internet
Requirements
Strong portfolio with clear creative thinking
Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling
Strong eye for layout, typography, and composition
Ability to work fast without making a mess
Attention to detail and consistency
Nice to Have
Experience with motion or basic animation
Familiarity with AI design tools
Experience in agency, startup, or campaign environments
Good taste in references, trends, and visual culture
