We’re looking for a People & Culture Specialist who believes HR should feel human. You’ll help shape team culture, improve the employee experience, and make sure dKilo keeps attracting and supporting great people without turning everything into corporate wallpaper.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and candidate experience
Support onboarding and employee development
Maintain HR processes, policies, and documentation
Help build a positive and collaborative team environment
Support employee engagement and internal communication
Requirements
Background in HR, Business Administration, or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
People-first mindset with operational discipline
Nice to Have
Experience in startups, agencies, or fast-moving teams
Experience with recruitment branding
Interest in employee engagement initiatives
Familiarity with performance tracking or internal systems
